Caglio in pasta estratto da caglioli di agnello e preparato in forma cremosa, da aggiungere direttamente al latte in caldaia. \u00c8 particolarmente indicato per anticipare il sapore piccante in formaggi a breve o media stagionatura. Dose di utilizzo: 30\/40 g per la coagulazione di 100 litri di latte.<\/p>\n

Modo d’uso:<\/strong> il prodotto non necessita filtrazione prima dell’uso; \u00e8 sufficiente diluirlo con acqua pura senza cloro (1 parte di caglio e 3\/4 parte di H2O) e versare nel latte con buona mescolazione.<\/p>\n
