Coltura TERMOFILA costituita da forme bacillari e forme cocciche: Streptococcus Thermophilus e Lactobacillus Helveticus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modo d&#8217;uso:<\/strong> Aggiungere il contenuto della busta al latte in caldaia, mescolare bene e procedere al riscaldamento del latte a 35 &#8211; 36\u00b0 C.
