Our rennet production history begins back in 1903. Everything we have learnt and know about cheese production has enabled us to develop a very wide range of coagulant products from different sources, composition and enzymatic activity, so that we can provide small and large dairies with whatever they are looking for.
We operate according to HACCP principles, monitoring the various stages of rennet preparation, and checking finished products according to EU regulations for enzymes. We are a company that works passionately, with commitment and professionalism, with a punctual, courteous and reliable service.
